Welcome to the Poorvu Center's Public Speaking Studio

All members of the Yale Community are welcome to use this resource. Visit the Studio to practice a presentation or improve your public speaking skills. To make an appointment, log in with your Net ID and password.

The Public Speaking Studio is located in SML M104C on the mezzanine level of the Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning. To access the studio, take the stairs near the York St. entrance to Sterling Memorial Library—or the elevator to the right of the Center's welcome desk.

If you're a graduate student or postdoc and would like another person's feedback on the content, structure, or delivery of your talk, you can book a 1-on-1 consultation with a Graduate Writing Lab Fellow.
